There’s nothing quite like the AJ Bell Great North Run. Returning on Sunday 13 September 2026, the world’s biggest half marathon once again brings together tens of thousands of runners for an unforgettable 13.1-mile journey from Newcastle to South Shields.

What you need to know

If you are running with one of our charity places, we ask that you pledge to raise a minimum of £300.00 for us
You'll receive a free FOTF branded running t-shirt with your charity place
You'll receive a personalised ITAB Medal Attachment with your name and finish time with your charity place
If you are running with your own place from the ballot can set whatever target you wish - please let us know if you are fundraising for us!
