The Friends of the Friarage is on the hunt for volunteers to take part in some exciting market research about the charity, our branding and the work we do to support your local hospital. Due to COVID-19, this will be completed on Zoom during the last two weeks of October and the charity is appealing for volunteers, of all ages, from Hambleton, and Richmondshire and the surrounding areas.
Friends of the Friarage is looking to develop its marketing, fundraising and communication activity. To do this, the trustees need to fully understand what the current views about the charity are so they can identify strengths and weaknesses and use this insight to develop the charity in the future. Volunteers and staff have already been part of this study and now we want to hear from those who have already either accessed the services of the Friarage or may need to in the future.
You don't need any experience in market research or have volunteered for the charity before, you simply need to be willing to share your thoughts. By donating just one hour of your time, you will be helping your local and much-loved hospital.
The focus groups are being run by an independent research company so please email https://firstname.lastname@example.org if you are able to take part. The focus groups are taking place on an evening with groups of around six people. Karen will confirm the dates and times with you once she has gathered interest.
We look forward to sharing more details with you about this work over the coming months.
